Pain in back of neck,head and shoulddrs

I have chronic pain from last 7 days  in back of my head, neck and shoulder and I am not able to move my neck left or right. Its very painful. I used everything from heat pad,omnigel and pain killers Ibuprofen 600 mg twice from last 5 days but no releif from anything for a minute. Please help me.I have attached pic of my bumps. I don't know how suddenly many tiny white bumps near my jawline and its painful. Please tell me the reason and treatment if possible. No allergy or nothing.

Get a skin consult for herpes zoster. Also it could be a nerve issue. Get vitamin B12 and D levels checked Take tab Gabapentin 400 once a day for 3 days and see.
