Hi am having itching in my anus yesterday night my stool is also normal but there is a pain in my anus. I am attaching pictures for the reference kindly suggest what to do. I don't want any surgery to be done .

Looks like  Fissures ...Any history of constipation??  Junk food,,. Spicy foods.. difficulty in passing stools.. can use stool softner..pilo go cream for local application..
