Having a pain in ankle. As per x ray left ankle AP/LAT report- calcaneal spur see. Please correlate clinically. And suggest what I will do. Filling to much in ankle. And unable to walk properly.

1. Perform contrast bath for both feet thrice daily for 3 weeks. 2. Medication like enzomac forte and renovate forte will be helpful. 3. Wear soft sole shoes. 4. Keep foot moist and wear towel socks. 5. Perform light hel and sole stretching exercises.

Get serum uric acid, CBC, ESR and CRP tested for.
