I have pain below  middle shoulder left side from past 2days sometimes rib pain as well  I had pain before one month back done ECG at that time as well please find the attached kindly advise the reason and remedies

The above ECG is normal .pain you have described could be due to muscular , radiating pain from neck , gastrointestinal or heart.If you still have pain , revisit your doctor and he may ask for a new ECG to compare with the older one.
