Hello sir.. it is due to the caries (DECAY)of the 3rd molar that is very deep (reaches pulp) which causes radiating pain....As it is the 3 rd molar you need to go for surgical removal of teeth.....

It is due to carious 3rd molar Get a x ray done If there is infection till pulp beter go for rct oe its removal if not possible

It looks like the decay in your wisdom tooth is causing your symptoms. You need treatment for that. Either RCT of possible or extraction.
