Overweight

21 years, Male, 5 feet 11 inches height having weight of 98 kgs. Suffering from Thyroid and traces of blood pressure. I am Computer Science Engineering student in IIIT Bhubaneswar with immense academic pressure to succeed so it feels to me that I am neglecting my body in the process. I am foodie so controlling my eating habits seems a bit difficult to me and on the contrary due to my academic pressure I find it difficult to take out time for physical exercises. I would like to know about the changes that I must bring in order to reduce my weight and be a normal 21 years guy again. I am a bit depressed and very tensed as my 4th year is approaching so its easy to say not to be tensed but actually its very difficult to stay calm when placements are coming. I am unable to balance my work and health and so need a serious advice and consultation about my health and diet.
