I understand you had a difficult childhood.
What your going through is so much psychological in sense it's effecting your quality of life.
Your getting anger spells which you later feel guilty. That inturn is making you feel lonely and feel neglected or people are not understanding you.
One thought invoking so many emotions.
Your unable to control your thoughts... which can be tiresome after sometime .
It's important to understand why is it important for you that other people should behave well with you...why u take it personally.
On one hand your angry that people r talking in loud voice which hurts you but you react to them with similar anger...but it's not helping you n in end up feeling guilty for your behaviour.
