See life above and beyond that point, keep in mind your past, present and future. A rejection of today is a small point in front of a whole life.
Stop assuming things, talk on facts, do actual conversations, be clear and not estimate. Stop predicting things, stop finding out statistics for each thing in life, make a thoughtful decision and act well for the designated time. Reat, what will be shall be .
Have the confidence of dealing with any situation in life and living without any privilege in life. I have a body, a mind and energy to survive, I have the ability to be happy without anything I presently have.
These three points although appear short, are too much you can do for overthinking. Even one of them applied well can do magic.
