Overthinking being emotional

I had some problems in my past i.e the family issues due to which i have a problem of overthinking being emotional i start crying for small small things i get every afraid when i want to speak to superiors or i think about meeting. I get frustrated whenever something is not happening as i want.

If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
