Hi Doctors, In the past 1 year,I do overthink on each and every things...3 months back I had unprotected sex with one Known guy after dating him for 3 months...we don't hv multiple partners for sex...and this was my first unprotected sex...I got gastro related infections recently which doctor told I got from pylori bacteria and also from stress...now I overthink also whether I will get any STDs like hiv n all from that unprotected sex...I am so scared and stressed with overthink.. Kindly guide me whether any chance of hiv with single partner single tym unprotected sex without ejaculation... Also guide me how to get over from overthinking as I don't wanna go mad n take anxiety pills...
