Please suggest me how to reduce weight I tried jogging , taking green tea but still unable to reduce belly fat ...

Hi, to lose weight follow low calorie,low fat healthy diet regularly. Drink 10 to 12 glasses water. Eat more fruits and salads. Take 3-4 cups green tea daily. Exercise daily for atleast 45 mins. Focus on exercises for the tummy area. More importantly be regular and persistent. Don't give up after a few weeks. Reaching a certain weight and shape goal takes time. Stick at it.
