Hi, to lose weight follow low calorie,low fat healthy diet regularly. Drink 10 to 12 glasses water. Eat more fruits and salads. Take 3-4 cups green tea daily. Exercise daily for atleast 45 mins. Focus on exercises for the tummy area. More importantly be regular and persistent. Don't give up after a few weeks. Reaching a certain weight and shape goal takes time. Stick at it.
