Want to lose around 10kgs before the beginning of June. I weight around 65 now and my height is 5'3.

Hi - you want all low calorie foods . mainly whole wheat cereals, pulses, vegetables, fruits. No sugar,too much sweets,spicy, junk,fast,organic foods. Most importantly u v to be dynamic, at least 2 hours exercises free hand not necessarily in gym. Can Write me on personal chat / call me for elaborately discussion.
