Hi, I am facing some pshycological problems like not able to  focusing on team meetings.difficult to understand what others saying, loss of interest my work. Daily worrying about what will be happen today. My mood is not gud. I want to leave my job but there is no option to feed my family. While listening to someone speech in call my body present and mind absent

Hi, It is very common to experience negative thoughts and worries during any form stress. Other symptoms during stress can include irritability , lack of concentration and attention, anger, feeling of loneliness and abandonment, decreased motivation and interest in the activities which were earlier pleasureful, disturbed sleep. These symptoms can be temporary as long as you know how to handle and cope up with stress. If the symptoms persists for long, it can lead to psychological disorders like depression and anxiety.
