Hi, I m trying to conceive. When on an ultrasound on day 2 of period my uterus size is per below. Is it normal? Ut-w 3.70cm Ut-L 5.57 cm Ut-H 2.73 cm Pls advice

Uterus is normal. But in addition to the uterus you also need healthy ovaries,  functioning tubes and a husband whose semen analysis report is normal . For the evaluation of infertility all need to be investigated and proper treatment started.
