Osteophytes and increased RA factor
Did CT scan & RA factor test.( HLA B27 test report awaited)
CT scan saying- Few anterior marginal osteophytes arising from L2 and L3
vertebra.
RA factor- 138.7 U/ml
Uric Acid- 7.2 mg/dl
Symptoms- back stiffness (can't seat or stand for too long), extreme fatigue especially in limbs, tingling sensation in hands & leg, gas, heavy head feelings

If HLA test is positive, then diagnosis is ankylosing spondylitis..
Then you need specific treatment for ankylosis..
If HLA is negative, then possibility of autoimmune problem or inflammatory arthritis
For that, some other test will be required..
So better to wait for HLA test first..
