I'm attaching a picture. I have two questions. What is that? How long it will take to disappear? I'm having difficulty in my speech for that thing. I've circled the object. I think it's some kind of a cement type filler.. kindly help. Thank you.

It is a cement that has been used to raise your bite. It's just perfect and your orthodontist will decide how long it has to be kept there. It causes temporary discomfort but you will be fine soon.

Hi,as per the picture u have attached..it’s looks like u are undergoing orthodontic treatment (braces )to get ur teeth aligned.so while doing the braces treatment, the specialist will be releasing ur occlusion so that he can move the tooth to the desired position..mostly fillings like that will be symmetrical.so plz check whether u have the same type filling in the next side..if it’s there,it will Be removed by the doctor once the braces treatment is completed..(yes u wil be having slight difficulty in biting and closing mouth bcz ur teeth Wil not be n contact ) If u feel it’s just in That tooth then kindly meet ur doctor and ask him to adjust the height of the filling..
Next Steps
Kindly meet ur orthodontist and speak wit him

It looks like a filling It will not disappear. You will have to get it trimmed by a dentist. The cavity is overfilled. You might also be having uneasy in chewing The filling is not done with ethics and aesthetics. The carving has been compromised and jus a bulk of filling material is being placed. You can go for a refilling
