Hi Doctor,
I have open pores on my cheeks and nose, tiny bumps on my forehead, and mild perioral pigmentation. My skin currently looks dull and I am also looking to improve overall skin brightness and glow.

For the perioral pigmentation avoid scrubbing,frequent exfoliation,waxing.
