On my gums their are white patches and that are increasing every month . If I touch them , their is a soure symptom. Respected doctor may I know about it . Any home remedies any foods to avoid any medication . Pls help with my quarries doctor

these looks like recurrent aphthous ulcers. rinse your mouth with tetracycline mouthwash and apply orasore gel on them.
