6-7 yrs is the age when milk teeth starts falling and new teeth starts coming which are permanent, roots of the milk teeth resorbs and that's how they become loose and fall ultimately, new permanent teeth come in one by one take their place so its absolutely normal, so don't worry just maintain hygiene

It’s absolutely normal for 6 yr old kid. Common problem in new teeth eruption. Don’t worry at at all. Take any pain killer syrup you are having , like syrup Paracetamol ( one spoon ) whenever it’s paining.( ****Don’t exceed per day three dosage of syrup)

Absolutely physiological incident. Advised, Luke warm Water salt gargle. Eat food with spoon. Avoid very hot, cold or hard food. Avoid chewing through those two teeth for time being. Do not neglect brushing. Twice a day after food with tooth paste specified for children upto age of 13. Maintain oral hygiene by cleaning mouth after food every meal.
