  4. Occassional low grade fever. Be worried?

Occassional low grade fever

Sometimes i a very low fever ( 98.8-98.9 ) and it goes to normal after some time. It occurs only during night sometimes. I don't have any other symptom. what could be the cause of this? should i be worried?
