Hi, I get anxiety occasionally and sleep problems. Is there any medication I can take occasionally with less side of effects

Get Yoga and meditation, will be of great help. Get prothiaden after dinner , half tablet. Half of  25mg .

all and any medicines will have side effects and will be each ot its own . hence you need to talk to the doctor about side effects. however tbhere is etizolam which is sos for anxiety . yet there is art therapy meditationa nd special kind of art tchnques that can help better .
