Concentration and memory depend on attention span.So the obsessions have to be well conrolled .
You must be using ssri like fluvoxamine.Use it at the highest tolerated level.Can add it on with clomipramine.can add risperidone.
Next Steps
Adding another ssri like paroxetone might increase sliver side effects.
