There is no instant weight loss plan...for proper weight loss to happen it's takes some good amount of time ..for it's reversal also...
Have balanced plant based meals always, pure vegetarian diet are truly helpful in losing weight, proper meal timings, intake of fluids and water should be more per day, diets rich in low GI foods like complex carbs such whole wheat , barley , rye, oats, brown rice , millets etc things to be included in daily foods, walnuts and almonds, seasonal and locally grown fruits, vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables etc, healthy cooking oils like til oil, olive oil, safflower oil, keep changing oils every month for better benefit out of them, ghee daily 1 or 2 tsp in dal, buttermilk 1 to 2 glasses daily, lemon water once in every 2 days,
Daily physical activity both morning 1 hr and evening 1 hr..if possible ir atleast 30ibs of briskb walking morning, evening, taking steps both up down daily..yoga asanas , surya namaskar for weight loss..
