Hi...no pills n shakes r the only means to reduce weight. A good diet plan n regular exercise is the only solution. U need to know ur body..n the diet shud be customised.. Take small frequent meals..water before meal..
Exercise shud not be only meant to reduce weight..rather it shud be a habit to fitness.
The reduction shud be gradual n slow so that whatever u do u can do for lifetime
