I am consuming oatmeal daily twice from past 4 days will it help in weight loss as i am walking for 40 minutes a day is it good to take oatmeal twice a day if not give the best diet along with oatmeal

Only oat meal can't help for getting weight loss result. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.
