Numbness in teeth and lips

Hi, I feel numbness in front 3-4 teeths, gums and the lips just above these teeths. This numbness is there since a month. Wondering what it could be..

When tooth loses access to blood flow or nutrients,it goes numb and you will feel a lack of sensation in your tooth.in addition to tooth decay,oral trauma will also cause your tooth to lose access to nutrients and blood flow resulting in numbness.
