The average attention span of an individual is 20-30 minutes after that he or she is bound to get distracted. Take at least 15 minutes break. During that time move out of the room you are sitting at (movement of body is required). Come back and recollect what you studied then go further with the content.
Health Tips
Give time to your thoughts. Spend at least 30 minutes of alone time so that there is free flow of thoughts to which you can pay attention too.

Have a fixed target for everyday. Make a schedule around it and follow it as much as you can. Gradually with time your concentration time duration will increase. Don’t worry! Have 15-20 mins timed breaks between your schedule. Stay away from distractions like phone and tv.
