Hello practo user
I can understand the concerns you have regarding your health and academics. It seems that this problem has been there with you since a while and the deep rooted cause hasn't been understood. It is suggested that you maintain a journal in which you mention all the daily tasks you have to complete and tick them off when you finish . Break down your study sessions into 2 parts of 30-35 minutes with a 10 minutes break in between . In those 10 minutes avoid seeing the TV or texting on your phone , practice deep breathing and some guided meditation , move around the house , help in the kitchen or just read the newspaper headlines . Try and have some form of exercise daily it could be walk or aerobics , maintain a healthy eating lifestyle and try and maintain a good sleep hygiene as well. You can also download some concentration building apps . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better evaluation and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
