I have eosinophilia, neutropenia,vitamin d deficiency,vitamin b12 deficiency,thrombocytopenia,high hematocrit,low mchc,high mcv,low hdl and LDL and disc prolapse at l4-l5, what is the differential diagnosis?

If thrombocytopenia is because of low vitamin B12, then it would get corrected on taking vit B12 injections.. for disc prolapse, get an Ortho opinion to decide about the extent and prolapse and further mode of management
