No fever but body becomes heated

2022-02-11 01:49:43
Am facing this kind of hotness in body that comes and goes for nearly 2 months now. Body feels warm especially in neck, forehead and inner thighs. But temperature in thermometer always shows below 98.6 when taken orally. Have done all blood tests, thyroid tests, chest x ray, ultrasound of whole Abdomen and usg neck. Everything was normal. No appetite or weight loss. But am having some continuous discomfort in upper right abdomen. Not able to understand why it's happening. Please help.

Needs further evaluation. This looks like endocrine issues but could be hidden GI problem as well. A doctor can only comment so much without examination. Further radiological scans are required, USG is basic investigation only. Talk to a specialist IN PERSON.
Next Steps
Talk to endocrinology specialist.
