Hello, My trisomy 21 risk is 1:345, yesterday at 17 weeks I had early anamoly scan, no soft markers are shown in early anamoly scan. Gynaecologist told your combined risk for trisomy 21 with early anamoly scan is 1:2034 now, suggested to go for either basic nipt or aminocentesis, Do I really need further tests, as no soft markers in early anamoly scan, please guide me, Thank you.

You need to do NIPT or other invasive test as the value is in intermediate risk
