Night guard care

My doctor prescribed night guard for my teeth joint issue. I am using for past one month. Just cleaning with normal water and using every night. Should I clean with toothpaste and brush

As mouth guard stays overnight in your mouth ,bacteria present in your mouth get deposited in night guard and is not visible to naked eye ,it is better to wash with antibacterial solution before using it on next day,

If there is smell or thin deposits on the guard you can use an extra soft toothbrush and paste to clean

Not necessarily! Just cleaning with plain water is sufficient

Hi, Cleaning with normal water is enough on daily basis. Make sure to clean the night guard thoroughly under running water using your fingers.
