Ulcer, C. Melcovit gold, once/day,after meal,2 weeks Dologel CT, 5 times/day, In clean mouth use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on tongue area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva/spit out, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes. Wrt picture attached, clinical examination mandatory, calculus deposited underneath which lead to gum inflammation or caries at side of tooth causing food deposition leading to gum irritation and inflammation. Apply dologel CT in this gum as well.
