Hi , Doctor did GIC filling as it is more chemical bonding properties as drilling resulted filling touching Pulp end. Required your view is this approach done is good or what next step to be taken.

According to the x-ray there is a micro leakage so go for RCT followed by the crown

Hi ,   As by the photo shared by you , it is found that that the restoration that has been performed , contacts directly with the pulp tissue, that contains nerve and blood vessels . So there remain a chance of causing severe pain.
