Hello ,
Do u lie on bed on your elbows most often ? Usually pain like occurs due to compression of ulnar nerve at elbow which causes radiating pain to forearm and hands . To avoid this all u need to do is some up ar nerve glides (see on youtube) stretching exercises to strengthen the nerve . In case u still face the issue u can consult an orthopaedic consultant for an objective examination.
