Need to put weight

Hi, I am Vignesh, age 25. My weight is 59kg.And I am 5'7 Height. I want to know how can I gain weight healthy and fastly. I am not able to have more food as little will fill my stomach and also I am as I am facing gas-acidic issue in stomach I am not able to eat heavy foods. Kindly guide me.

For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water . avoid junk food and oily food. Drink warm water, drink buttermilk with hing  for improving acidity for improving acidity related problems

Hello, Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition.
