Ya to lose fat ,do brisk exercises,yoga and some sports,walking everyday for atleast two hours.
Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,and greengram sprouts everymeal.
Drink enough water,buttermilk.
Sleep atleast for sixhours at night.
Substitute rice with millets,.
Avoid fastfood,bakeryfoods,preserved foods,nonveg,oily spicy foods.
Eat twoalmonds,twowalnuts,two figs,five raisins,two drydates everyday to keep urself fit.also two tsf ghee is good to boost ur immunity and keep fit.
