from what you have described, it may be a painful external hemorrhoid, possibly with a clot (thrombosed pile), but it is not possible to confirm the diagnosis without examining you. Since the swelling has increased in size, become painful and is partially obstructing the anal opening, I would recommend an examination rather than assuming it is only piles.
Please avoid self-medicating or inserting any Ayurvedic/herbal preparation into the area before examination. Treatment depends on whether it is thrombosed hemorrhoid, fissure, abscess, or another condition.
