You shouldn't do self medication. First you need to go for USG to see if there is any issue inside or not? We need to find out the actual reason for your problem and also go for your hormone tests as well.

Shatavari is sheeta veerya, thereby you should not take it during your menses. If you have some mucus discharge in menstruation blood, you should get USG L/A accompanied with urine R&M to rule out any infection or other factors. If you have some pelvic infections or polyps there can be mucous mixed blood. You can undergo an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to know if you have any such issues. Satavari increases prolactin level on long term use, so use it only under medical supervision
