I am suffering from disc bulge on L4 L5 since last 2 months. Can't move at all without pain killers. Need guidance.

Please check the Root cause. If it's due to nerve impingement due to certain muscle that's giving you symptoms. Or it's the disc in itself. Mri s need not be treated. Patients must. Get yourself assessed properly before taking any step.
