Hello Doctor, I urgently need a medical certificate for school purposes. The required period is from 1st September to 6th September 2025. I have been unwell during this time and could not attend. Could you please let me know if you can issue this medical certificate ?

In open platform no formate available. If at all manage post dated certificate  how can be  given.  The date will be  of today  if u connect to any doctor. I don't  have any problem to issue. Best is to go to local doctor n get a certificate.
