Hi Denzil, Muscle growth takes time, and a balance of both vegetarian and non vegetarian protein sources through the day. A good amount of carbs and fats are also important in your diet so that you don’t lose proteins / muscle while working out. Sprouts, paneer, tofu, soya, poultry, nuts, ghee are all essentials. Also, please practice 10 minutes of simple deep breathing after your exercises, it shall help with recovery.
Next Steps
Diet modifications, detailed counselling needed , go slow with exercises, pre and post workout foods are important

Hi, Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy .Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk, curd,Paneer, Meat,Fish,Eggs etc. Include essential fats like Almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help.
