Neck sprain during exercise

She was doing morning exercise and just turned towards left and her right side of neck got stretched. Now it's paining a lot and unable to rotate the neck.

Apply diclofenac ointment to the area of pain and cover it with a cloth for 10mins. Do hot water fermentation twice a day for 2 days. This will help reduce pain and relaxes muscles. Visit physiotherapy clinic and take ulttasound if no improvement by evening.
