If this pain is starting after sitting in front of computer, this is most likely due to incorrect posture.
It is important to sit in a proper chair, maintain a good posture, take regular breaks and get up and walk often. Also have a look at your desk and see if any changes can be made to help you with it.
Do regular stretching to help ease the stress in the muscles. Medicine is not something that will help you, as the problem itself needs to be avoided.
Work on improving your core strength and do regular yoga to help with improving strength.
