Neck is not straight always, when he is doing something with concentration or I'll his neck got tilt to some degree.

Dear friend As your child Is 1 year old and tilt his neck to one side,sometimes can be called torticollis or wry neck,which can only be confirmed once the proper assessment is done. So according to me visit a good orthopaedecian.

Hello, as you said your neck is not straight always, if it is only while working , than that could b due to wrong posture. You might b maintaining wrong posture while working and in that subconscious mind you tend to tilt your neck. To correct your posture you need to start doing posture correction exercises.. Can consult a Physio to guide you more about posture correction and ergonomics which might help you. Start correcting your posture and try maintaining it while you are working and concentrating in your work. That might help you.
