It's a lifestyle problem with you and it requires some major and some minor changes in your routine. Meds are minor part; changing your seating style, elevating your lap top screen to your comfortable level , taking intermittent rests and toning back your weakening spine muscles are the key points. Meds would give u short term respite but in long term u have to take care of your spine. Adding healthy food to your diet is equally important
