Hi Taking any supplement without a blood test or doctor consultation is not good for health, as you have mentioned. I know a lot of people have this thinking that it’s a water soluble vitamin, therefore it is okay. But it’s not. Please do a blood test and check for your iron, vitamin D, and B12. If you want to take omega 3, take it for a month.
