Nausea during workout

Hi , I workout in morning. I have a banana before going to gym. There i have half scoop pre workout and glucon d during workout. Lately i have been having nausea during exercise which is hampering my performance at Gym. Have been noticing this from past 1 month only but have been exercising for a year now. Please advise.

If u facing this type of problems u must consult with your gym trainer . It may be occur due to dehydration. Keep body hydrated Eat nutrious diet ,make your diet chart and follow strictly.

Take tablet emeset 4 mg before workout for only 3-4 days and then see if it still persists. For further clarification and advise consult online

Take any seasonal fruit or banana 15-20 mins before workout. Banana with in 10 mins of work out. Our body needs simple carbohydrates for exercise
