Hi Doctors, Can you help me if the below findings are serious and what is the best can be done to overcome the issue: A small polyp noted along the inferior wall of right maxillary sinus, approximately measuring 14.0 x 6.0 mm. Mild mucosal thickening noted involving nasal septum and nasal floor suggestive of changes of rhinitis. Mild hypertrophy of inferior turbinate noted on left side. Bilateral maxillary sinus show patent accessory ostia. Partial pneumotization of frontal sinus noted on both sides.
