Hi Dr One of my friend diagnosis with deviated nasal septum. Is this condition serious. Plz suggest as I hv attached her nasal endoscopy report

It is not life threatening if that is your question. However, for a tailor made opinion it would be essential to talk to the patient
Next Steps
At the least a video consultation would be advisable, also if you could then share the films of the CT scan, it would add to the diagnosis

This is the CT scan report. DNS can be problematic according to the degree of obstruction.  If it's causing symptoms like nasal blockage, repeated throat clearing, sinusitis or bleeding, then it has to be operated

DNS is very common condition. it requires operation if it's causing symptoms like nasal block, bleeding.
